All tours are private and scheduled just for you. Homeschool, school, and scout groups are welcome—just let us know if there’s something in particular you’d like to focus on learning. We look forward to welcoming you to our farm!

Interactive with All the Animals

Bottle feed Guernsey calves, feed the Old Spot pigs, gather eggs and take a dozen home with you, pat the cows, interact with the livestock guardian dogs, and meet our friendly barn cats. Great tour for kids and for a hands-on experience.

$85 for first two people, $40 for each additional person.

Everything Cows

See all of our different ages and groups of cows, learn about our cows, see what they eat, where they live, and many of our tips and tricks for keeping cows off concrete and on pasture all year. Learn about how we keep our cows healthy and well-fed without grain. Be prepared for extensive walking if you want to walk in some of our bigger pastures. This is a great tour for those who want to learn about our cows in-depth.

$85 for first two people, $40 for each additional person.

EcoFarm and Homestead Overview

This tour will provide you with an overview of our entire EcoFarm. $150 for two people, additional people are $60 each. You’ll need to wear closed-toed practical shoes and be prepared to walk around the farm.

  • See our fruit and vegetable plantings, including edible forest permaculture, where we grow 99 kinds of edible trees, vegetables, fruits, herbs, and mushrooms. We produce nearly all of our family’s fruits and vegetables for a primal diet that includes traditional vegetables as well as a wide variety of native and wild edibles.

Milk Cows

Do you have milk-a-cow on your bucket list? This tour is for you! The tour focuses on getting to know our Guernsey cows, and learning to milk them. You’ll get to feed treats to the cows, brush the cows, and maybe even do a little cow snuggling. We’ll show you how to prepare them for milking, how to hand milk, and then you’ll have a chance to do some milking yourself. $225 for two people, additional people are $75 each. [Add-on available to bottle feed Guernsey calves, feed the Old Spot pigs, interact with our livestock guardian dogs, and gather eggs and take a dozen home with you—$20 per person]. You’ll need to wear closed-toed practical shoes and be prepared to walk around the farm.

Photo Shoot

Do you need a beautiful rural setting for your photo shoot? Or have you always wanted to have your picture taken with cows? Reserve space on our farm for a private photo session.
